Labour Only Projects

We can help developers / project managers meet their labour demands by providing a labour only service. We can come in at any stage of your project, whether it’s toward the end to ‘get it over the line’, or from the onset and all the way through. If needed, we can also help source materials with our wide ranging trade account network.

We have an expansive combined skillset and range of experience, which comes in extremely handy when subtrades can be hard to get in quickly. As well as any internal and external carpentry work, we can also cover concrete (smaller areas), form setting, cladding, and can do most smaller ‘finneky’ jobs that always seem to pop up and often require a touch of ingenuity to complete. For the most part, we offer a ‘one stop shop’.

In June 2022 some of our team moved up to Kaikōura to help get the new Sudima Hotel complex over the line in time. It’s a privilege to be part of such an exciting project in any town, but even more so at such a stunning location as the Kaikōura waterfront.

Labour demand shortages are being felt everywhere, but the effects can be intensified in smaller districts – so we have decided to continue offering our labour only service for selected projects.
