Landlords must include a statement of their current level of compliance with the healthy homes…
A reminder to all rental property owners and agents that from 1st December 2020 (formerly 1st July 2020) landlords must include a statement of their current level of compliance with the Healthy Homes standards in any new, varied or renewed tenancy agreement.
We can inspect your property and provide you an easy to understand report on whether it complies with the 5 ‘Healthy Homes’ standards, as at the time and date of the onsite inspection.
If your home is compliant in all 5 standards, a ‘Compliant with Health Homes Standards’ certificate is issued to use as part of your section 13A document for your tenants. If it doesn’t, we can fix it, so it does.
With Prowess Building Ltd, you have peace of mind knowing your summary has been carried out or supervised by a trade qualified Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).
