New regulations for Healthy Homes

A reminder to all rental property owners and agents that from 1^st December 2020 (formerly 1^st July 2020) landlords must include a statement of their current level of compliance with the Healthy Homes standards in any new, varied or renewed tenancy agreement.

If your home is compliant in all 5 standards, a ‘Compliant with Health Homes Standards’ certificate is issued to use as part of your section 13A document for your tenants. If it doesn’t, we can fix it, so it does.
