Update to deadline – From 1st December 2020 (formerly 1st July 2020), all New Zealand residential property landlords must include a statement of their current level of compliance with the 5 Healthy Homes standards in any new, varied or renewed tenancy agreement.
The Government extended this deadline yesterday, in response to the impact Covid-19 has had on landlords.
All other deadline dates remain unchanged.
